Kathleen

Kathleen arrived in Bend in October 2019, driving from Cape Cod MA with Truly (BFFD) to be near her two daughters and families.  Working twenty plus years as a Youth Services Librarian at the public library in Sandwich MA, she not only enjoys the written word but biking, polar plunging, puppetry, pie-making, poetry and hanging with the grands and walkabouts.  Kathleen hosted the Massachusetts Children's Book Awards at her Library for over 10 years and loved every minute.  The MCBA is similar to Battle of the Books but much less 'battle-y'! She looks forward to LEARNING A LOT at Roundabout Books. Kathleen also makes good coffee at the shop.
